iPad 2 version of the Barcelona in Gothic project, developed by Barcelona Media Innovation Center and the History Museum of Barcelona (MUHBA) housed in the archaeological site of Santa Caterina Market in Barcelona, near the cathedral.

Barcelona in Gothic is a heritage project that explains aspects of the gothic quarter of the city, which combines different elements of art and architecture of whom provides additional related information.

Produced by Barcelona Media with advice from the History Museum of Barcelona using the three-dimensional visualization platform developed at Barcelona Media, the project combines videogames technology to access high-quality visual content, integrating historic information validated by experts and introducing the time factor in a very visual way, to represent the evolution of unique elements of the city from the eleventh century until today.
